Cask pint in my local Wetherspoons on 30th Sep 2014. Mahogany reddy brown in colour, clear and clean, an off-white head on top. I thought it dry, bitter and hoppy. Had I known it was brewed to celebrate a Welsh Prince who rose against the English I would not have bought it. I actually enjoyed the beer but I will never have another.

berkshirejohn (4587) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 18, 2014
Cask at the Prince Arthur (JDW), Fleet. A dark golden amber pour with a loose cream head; aroma of purple fruits; a big, full, mouth-watering taste, spicy and malty to begin, followed by a strong woody bitterness, and then some orangey malts; leading to a dry spicy finish with traces of grapefruit and licorice. A complex beer with a forceful presence, well worth looking for.

Bottiglia da 500 ml. Color ambrato carico con schiuma bianca fine di buona tenuta. Aroma di caramello che si ripresenta subito al palato per un finale abbastanza secco, corpo leggero.
