COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular. Also available bottled.
A storm arisen through Native Wales’...16 September 1400: Owain Glyn Dwr led the greatest armed uprising against English rule in Wales, one that would last for over fifteen years and which for a few brief shining moments would produce a united independent Wales ruled by its own prince and parliament. Though eventually suppressed by the English, the reverberations of this revolt are still heard in Wales today.
Characterised as a robust mid brown ale full of spicy and biscuit flavours, ’Native Storm’ has a refreshing mouthfeel complemented by a powerful presense of fresh hoppy aromas. The complex range of ingredients coupled with a long dry hop finish result in a delicious and moreish Welsh ale.’

berkshirejohn (4534) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 18, 2014
Cask at the Prince Arthur (JDW), Fleet. A dark golden amber pour with a loose cream head; aroma of purple fruits; a big, full, mouth-watering taste, spicy and malty to begin, followed by a strong woody bitterness, and then some orangey malts; leading to a dry spicy finish with traces of grapefruit and licorice. A complex beer with a forceful presence, well worth looking for.

Bottiglia da 500 ml. Color ambrato carico con schiuma bianca fine di buona tenuta. Aroma di caramello che si ripresenta subito al palato per un finale abbastanza secco, corpo leggero.

Bottle, 500ml. A golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is hoppy and very spicy with a hint of sweet malt. Flavour is very bitter with lemon pith, roasted nuts, caramel, hoppy notes. A smooth, sweet yet bitter finish with grapefruit notes. I’m not a fan of very bitter brews and I’m not a fan of this...

EtTuCthulhu (1049) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - JUN 23, 2014
This beer pours a hazy copper color with a medium white head. The aroma blends caramel, nutty, and toasted malts with earthy hops and fig, and the taste has a mild malt bitterness mixed with a slight nutty sourness; the palate fuses slightly sticky texture, medium body, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish due to the earthy and spicy hop flavor that comes through in the end.
