Clear copper beer with a thick creamy head. Spicy aroma. Initial taste seems overly sweet but it settles and is fruity and spicy. Has a bitter dry finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks David C. Clear copper with a white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, oxidation, some candies and a bit of peat. 3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Bronze body, tall steady head. Aroma has jammy and caramelly hops. Taste has intense hoppiness, which seems to be the house style of this brewery. Finish has more dry and caramelly hops and something ferric. This ale is too dry/resinous to be refreshing - its dryness leaves me more thirsty than I was when I started.
