Clear medium yellow / orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, apple, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090804]

Golden with a small white head. Aroma dominated by apple-like fruit esters. Sweet and fruity flavour with grainy malt.

Cask at GBBF 2009 ... amber ... odd wattery hop ... thin wattery light fruit ... watermelon.

Cask@GBBF2009. Golden colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, sweet wood and some malts. Flavour is wood, earth and grass. Quite bitter finish. Dry palate.

Cask@GBBF. (staff cask?) Golden color, small white head. Grassy, cut wood aroma. Woody, pear fruity flavor, which is also harsh. Dry aftertaste. Kind of unbalanced.
