Cask@Spoons 2010. Ambery golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus fruits, some wood, grassy and floral hops as well as quite strong caramel malty notes. Flavour is fruity, floral and wooden along with mild raisins and quite strong caramel malty body. Also some slight chocolaty notes.

Hand pulled cask at the Moon Under Water (JDW) Watford. Gold with a white head. Well balanced session ale with good citrus hops in the finish.

Cask at the Regal (JDW), Cambridge. A rather good bitter. Brilliant gold with a dense white head; aroma of apricots with a touch of spice; rich fruity flavour with apricots and other tropical fruits, but not too sweet; and a clean finish.

Cask @ Henglers Circus, JDW. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is smalty, bit of hops. Flavour is slightly sweet, fairly sour, some vegetables and caramel.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol 18/07/10. Amber with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of caramel, apricot and peppery hops. Well balanced flavour, with some cereal malts, more fruit and slightly spicy hops with a lick of pine. Drinkable.
