UPDATED: MAR 27, 2013 Amber beer with a thick foamy head. Pours very cloudy but soon clears and it had a mild citrus scent. The flavour is also crisp citrus but much stronger with a bitter/sour aftertaste.

Bree Louise. Cask. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Smooth softish palate with modest fine carbonation. Dried fruits, touch of apple. Whisper of something spicy bitter. A bit flaccid and not ij the best condition, but I expect better from Celt.

Cask-conditioned at the Beer Emporium, Bristol 19/2/2014. Deep amber with a decent, off-white head. Citrus fruits, a touch of caramel, cereal malts and a decent, bitter finish. Good.

Cask at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green, 13/04/13. Lightly hazed copper with a thin beige head that clears to a film, good lacing follows. Nose carries dark malt tones, fruits, caramel. Taste comprises dark malt, dark fruit, toffee. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitterness in the finish. A drinkable bitter that does a job.

On cask at Mount Pleasant Inn, Cwmbran. Served a little cold, pours mud brown with a stiff white head. Hopped well, malts and pepper to balance to give a flavoursome ale.
