COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This delicious ale, christened Twmbarlwm Brew, has a Beautiful rich brown body, and a sweet spicy, slightly peppery aroma and flavour combined with a light clean citrus fruit aroma. It has an abv of 4.6% and a kick like the mountain ponies that graze on the ridges of nearby Mynydd Maen.

On gravity at the Green Man, Bristol 18/09/2011. Ruddy brown with a decent, off-white head. Sweet, caramel and red fruit aroma with some earthy hops. Flavours of toffee, bready malts and berries with a dry finish. Good.
