Ogham Oak Exotic Tripel – 8.5%
35 IBUs – Belgium Yeast, Orange Peel and Cinnamon
Oak is a cosmic storehouse of wisdom embodied within its towering strength. The oak tree endures what others cannot.
Each batch is brewed with fresh ‘tripel’ yeast borrowed from a secret location in Flanders. The beer has a complex flavour combining resinous bite from the American hops, spicy esters from the belgium yeast and fruit and cinnomon twists from the belgium fruits and spices. All finished with supreme British malt and candy sugar…

Bottle. Hazy golden orange beer with a large white head. Aroma is spicy with notes of citrus, cinnamon, herbs, hay, grass and apricots. Flavor is fruity with notes of caramel, bread, herbs, cinnamon and apricots. A bit too sweet.

330ml bottle from Stori Beer & Wine, Bala. Pours copper with big white head. Aroma is cinnamon and cointreau. Taste is creamy and spicy, with big dusty cinnamon and orange zest, rich and sweet with good integration with the Belgian yeast. Interesting & flavoursome, although a little too much orange in parts.

Celt took one of my favorite styles and elevated it to a new level. I've never had s triple with cinnamon and it works!

WOW! This beer compliments and builds upon the trippel style. I didn’t expect the cinnamon to work so well, but the complex flavor profile is amazing. This is my favorite so far from Celt Experience, and one of my top 10 beers. Did I say full bodied? On a cold rainy day this beer will warm the soul.

330ml Bottle - Amber with a hazee and a foamy head. Cinnamon, orange peel and cloves in the aroma. Ginger, cinnamon, cloves, toffee and orange peel can all be detected in the fairly well balanced taste.

Gravity poured half-pint on 18th April 2015 at the Stourbridge CAMRA Beer Festival. Amber/golden body with a full head. Spicy hop nose with a malty whiff or two as well. Malty taste, semi-sweet leading to a fruity/spicy dry finish. Interesting and worth finding, the alcohol sat nicely and didn’t really show its self.

Wild berries and sweetness in the aroma. The taste is of berries, yeast and alcohol. When you think about it is the most alcohol as it detects. Bitterness is weak in the aftertaste that fills the mouth forever. Did not think it was that the alcohol had tasted so much I had liked it very much. So poor was not the beer anyway.
