Bottle. Appearance: very clear golden orange with frothy white head. Aroma: big floral notes, some tangerine, grapefruit, and pine. Taste: mild floral hoppiness up front with a little citrus coming in and a light bread and toast backbone ending with some dry tea leaf and bitter pine. Mouthfeel: thinnish body with medium carbonation. Overall: It is decent. The aroma definitely sets up great expectations but the taste was quite a bit flat by comparison. It's a solid beginning for this new brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma high pitch, bold front of W-coast hops. Softer yet, with mild sweetness. Not unique yet presented splendidly.
Appearance :
Top: medium plus lasting off white cap with nice lace on glass.
Base: hazy amber.
Palate : soft, fine carbonation.
Taste: soft with mild sweetness. Neat hop work similar to better IPA from Vermont.
other notes quiet nice.

Pint on tap at Southern Railway Taphouse. Nearly copper and lightly hazy with a lasting thin film of cream. Aroma is earthy orange, toast and some evergreen resin. Tastes of caramel, citrus zest, toasty earthy grain and some resin. Light-medium body is well balanced and has a nice low-medium carbonation.

Poured a deep amber color with aromas of stale hops, malt and some light citrus. Flavors are the same little stale, decent, not much hops, and some bitter aftertaste.

Poured from a tap. Nice hoppy beer, not a great head, but good lacing. Citrusy without to much of a grapefruit taste.

Location: Capital Ale - Innsbrook, 5/1/14

Aroma: The nose is tropical (mango/peach) hops, some pine/resin, and a little caramel
Appearance: It pours a hazy amber-orange color with an off-white head and average lace
Flavor: The taste is fruity mostly, a little sweet, with a nice, juicy/pine hop bitterness
Palate: Medium bodied, with average carbonation, it is a hint sticky, and has a clean, dry finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty tasty one for sure. Came in as my favorite of the three new to me local beers I tried last night. It’s crazy, the Richmond craft scene has so much new stuff since I was last down here like 18 months ago.

Bottle courtesy of a recent Tampa Tasting. Pours a hazy orange-amber with a white head. Nose is some light malt, some caramel, and some earthy, herbal, and grassy hops. Flavor is similar with caramel, earthy herbal hops, and hints of citrus. Light to medium in body and ok overall.

Pours a an orange amber with no head. Aroma of bitter hops, sweet malt. Taste is malty, malt has taken over the hops. Not great but it may be old.

Bottle at the RBWG grand tasting, thanks! Pours a clear orange with a bubbly white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has aggressive citrus and some pine with a bit of light grains backing. Flavor has bitter citrus and pine hops with some grass through the finish.
