COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The namesake beer of COTU’s founders, Ray Ray’s Pale Ale starts with imported English 2-row barley that provides a full rich flavor. Near continuous additions of Cascade hops contribute both a balanced bitterness and classic spicy and citrusy aromas and flavors. This extremely drinkable un-filtered American-style pale ale checks in at 5.2% ABV and 42 IBUs.

12 ounce can received in a locals trade with nimbleprop. A bright orange with a one + finger head. Very cloudy. A fruity and malty aroma and that translates to the flavor. Citrus fruit, including grapefruit, dominate. A little spice in the after taste. Malts brought a bit of biscuits. I like it in a throwback kind of way.
