3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 dresden (139) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - DEC 10, 2011
This is a great pale ale. It’s almost like a toned down version of their IPA. Clear golden orange, with a light head that just sits on top. Resinous hops with lots of citrus. This would be a great crowd pleaser.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Aubrey (3125) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - NOV 23, 2011
Can: Tightly packed collar of head; hazy orange hue. Crisp and light in body and flavor. Toasty malts with only a slight sweetness. Flowery bitterness. Snappy and refreshing with good balance. Not overly exciting but it’s a decent pale ale.

Cask at Cask Days 2011. Citra hop version. Beer #1 of festival. Pours a cloudy orange-copper with a small but lasting fizzy white head. Really nice big hoppy aroma, resiny and citrusy, lovely. Flavour has lots of resiny and citrusy hops, some citrus fruit and a nice long bitter finish -- pretty much just hops and I love it. Medium bodied. A great beer to start the day with, very enjoyable and a great Pale Ale.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 bcBelgianbrew (25) - , British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 20, 2011
Almost like a burnt orange in colour. Looks great. Like others have said, no malt in the flavour. Some terrific citrus notes, I pick up on some grapefruit. A nice head. A truly refreshing beer. Less bitter than the Red Racer’s IPA. Both accessible and enjoyable to the taste and palate. Makes the lager and white ale seem as vanilla as they are in the summer taster pack. Should come with a warning not to drink while riding a bicycle.
