Pleasant raspberry in the nose although overall it seems quite sweet. Opaque tan body with a reddish tinge topped by a low white head that recedes rapidly to ring. Sweet flavour with a touch of bitterness but the wheat really isn’t all that apparent. Light bodied with somewhat low carbonation. Sampled on tap at the village taphouse in north Vancouver.

Pinkish amber hazy. Smells of raspberry syrup and a little bit of hops. Really sweet tasting. Raspberry is there, but it’s just all sugar. I dont get any wheat. Not awful, but not going to seek it out.

Tasted on tap at the Morrisey. Nice aroma, but that’s about it. Raspberry popped on the nose, but te taste was a little thin. Still had a palate full of hops though, will try it on the beach in the sun.

On tap at Central City Brew Pub. Pours orange/pink. Aroma of raspberry, wheat, orange peel. Flavour of raspberry, perfume, wheat. Tastes a little artificial. Not very bitter/tart which was nice. Quite thin on the palate, but still pleasant taste.

Sampled on tap at Central City, pours golden orange. Aroma and flavour of a mix of raspberry and wheat - very weak and artificial tasting. Quite poor.

On tap. Cloudy copper-orange with small head that diminishes slowly. Some light hops and fruit aroma. Taste is smooth, with a mild fruity sweetness lent by the raspberries. Simple, but likable.

Skyview (4880) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - JAN 25, 2009
On draught at the Central City Brewpub in Surry, BC. Pours a clear golden amber brew with some reddish highlights in disk top and a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind no lacing. Aroma of raspberry Koolaid with some wheat/golden grain malt and floral hops. Taste is light bodied, some carbonation with golden grain malt with artificial raspberry flavoring and a touch of citrus. Finish semi-sweet and a tad on the watery side with a crisp raspberry aftertaste.

Red-amber color. Light aroma. No wheat flavor, just similar to a Lager with a light raspberry touch. Correct bitterness.
