3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 RC8 (303) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 30, 2012
Bought because of the can. Didn’t have particularly high expectations due to the small size of such can. Very nice floral hoppy character, over a very fresh fizzy citrus base. Recommended.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Lubiere (6707) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 30, 2012
A hazed orange amber IPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, superb pungent floral hops, meaty, with notes of menthol, and biscuit malt. In mouth, a smooth biscuit malt with floral and grassy hops, resinous, pink grapefruits, some wild funk, beautiful and tasty. Can from LCBO, about 6 months old.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 bhensonb (7121) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 27, 2012
Can from Malt & Vine. Pours amber with a 3 finger off-white creamy/bubbly head. Lots of grapefruit in the aroma with pine and malt notes. Med+ body. Flavor is very grapefruit, but the resin is present, and the malt doesn’t really show much until the finish. Wonderfully tasty and bitter.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 lalu (34) - Laval, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 15, 2012
Aroma is all hop goodness.Citrus and pine are very assertive.
Pale amber, really nice head when poured properly.
A bit more balanced towards bitterness than malt.
Medium bodied with lively carbonation.
This is one of the best IPA made in Canada.
Definitely West Coast style.
I love it!
3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 stantheman (58) - British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 14, 2012
On tap at Harlequin on The Drive. A nice copper orange in color. Nose is fruity. Taste is predominantly of hops. This is probably the bitterest, hoppiest brew brew I’ve ever imbibed. Nice.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Hammy78 (438) - Dundas, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 5, 2012
Can purchased at the Barton Street LCBO in Hamilton Ontario. Pours a light and hazy copper colour with a fairly large white head (a good three fingers), that leaves behind lots of lacing on the glass walls. Aroma is quite citrus and sweet peach. Tastes bitter but fairly light its really quite smooth. Nice stuff.
