Can: Poured a copper color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light citrus notes with light dry caramel malt notes. Taste is a mix of citrus malt with some biscuit malt with dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking with well balanced sweetness thought hops punch is missing.

355 mL bottle. Copper-brown with a small white head. Nice looking beer. Mild aroma of citrus hops and biscuity malt. Mild, balanced, drinkable flavour. Not a lot of bitterness. The IPA and ESB from these guys are fantastic, the pale ale decent, and the white and pilsner just passable.

This is a great basic pale ale! Nose is tropical fruit with some pine. Arômes are médium fruity, some biscuit, lots of pine. Tastes are light sweet and medium to heavy bitter. Long lasting dry aftertaste. Body is light-medium with lively carbonation.

Palate: Medium body, sparse yet prickly effervescence.
Flav.: Citrus, fruity hops, biscuit, bread crust, a little pine/resin, nice; dry with good bitterness and a pleasant, lightly fruity hop finish.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2013 Can (355 ml). From Graham, thanks! Amber/orange with a medium mostly lasting white head and heavy lacing. Aroma is mainly of citrus and tropical fruits along with caramel, slight pine and a subtle but a bit disturbing vegetable presence... still interesting though. Taste is slightly sweet with citrus, caramel and slight pine, the vegetable presence is less substle here and the hop flavor fade quickly. Slight to moderate bitterness. Light to medium body (ok for the style). Slightly dry mouthfeel. Sticky. Average to good Pale Ale, easily drinkable.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 vadie (232) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 6, 2013

Can. Well poop. I thought I had the IPA, not the PA. Pours clear amber with a humongous off-white creamy head that slowly dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma is caramel, cigarette butts, pine. Flavor is the same, medium sweet with a light bitterness. Notes of grass and metal as well. Medium body.

Serving: from can--purchased at Full Throttle Bottles.
Aroma: lightly perfumy hoppy and somewhat metallic.
Appearance: huge, rocky, off-white, initial head with excellent lacing and fully lasting longevity. Hazy, light-amber body.
Taste: lightly sweet, citrusy initial flavor and lightly bitter finish with average duration
Palate: light bodied with watery texture and soft carbonation.
Overall: very good. I’d be happy to drink this again.
