355 ml can from Premier Wine & Spirits (Halifax). Pours a clear orange colour with small-medium sized white head. Citrus hops and crystal malt aroma. Similar taste although hops really dominate. Light-medium body. Moderate, slightly spicy bitterness in finish. Good.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pale orange, decent head. Aroma is sweetish malts and a grapefruit citrus hop. Flavor matches, decent balance. Not much to say here, just sort of a standard APA. Nice that it is available in a can though.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can. Nice caramel colored pour with white head. Light citrusy aroma, white grapes and something a bit metallic. Taste is malty, slightly fruity with just a bit of bitter hop presence. Palate is quite carbonated, overly so. Decent and refreshing, but don’t go out of your way.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
What a beer. The IPA is better than this pale, but I was still blown away. Aroma of caramel malts, resinous hops with citrus notes. Huge mouthfeel with moderate carb. and amazing hop taste.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz can pours a marigold yellow with a fine haze of head which leaves a thick lacing. Aroma is grassy and crisp with a follow up of sweet hay. Palate is simple - not complex. Little distinction in the front palate, with a strong middle of hops and a blossom-y finish. Follow up is a hoppy aftertaste. Not bad, middle-of-the-road beer that is drinkable with fun art on the can, but not necessarily one of the best of its style. Not the worst either though.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
This one has very obvious hops presence. Nice head on pour, golden brown looking, very clear. not a lot of head. Very nice hop flavour that builds until it is just a little bitter and fades away cleanly. This is really more like a pale IPA. I like it!

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 ounce can from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear golden color with a medium offwhite head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of bitter citrus hops with some resin and chemical notes. The taste is pale bready malts with bitter citrus hops. Thin-medium bodied and just a touch watery. Not impressed at all.

An atmosphere of good cheer prevails. Silly label on the can. There is a celebratory head of fluff on an orange-amber pour that sinks pretty quickly. Light orange peel aroma. This is a pretty smooth PA with a good dose of orange pith flavor - it makes for a tasty ale.
