Really inviting floral and lightly spicy hop nose is supported by a pleasant, lightly grainy malt profile. Brilliantly clear golden body is topped by a slight, white, fine bubbles head that lasts well and leaves some lace. Flavour is as the aroma promises - plenty of floral and spicy hops, moderate bitterness and lovely cereal, grainy malt character. Medium light body with fairly strong, lightly prickly carbonation. Really reminds me of Christofel Blond which is a personal favourite. Well done! Enjoyed on tap as Gary Lohin (of Red Racer)’s Hoppy Pilsner at the Alibi Room.

[5482-20130607] 355mL can. Mild grassy yeast aroma. Clear, pale yellow orange body with a quick foamy white head. Bitter grainy grass flavour has a bitter toasted aftertaste. Medium body. Interesting. (6/3/7/3/13) 3.2

On tap @ CRAFT. Pour is clear golden in color with a white head. Smell is a touch on the grainy side. Some floral and grassy hops, bread, and a touch of biscuit. Mild esters and yeast. Faintly spicy. Flavor is mildly sweet but lacks much bitterness. Could use more hop character. Some grass, flowers, and yeast. Hints of pear and apple. Some corn flakes, too.

355nl can. A little lighter and sweeter malt than I’d expect, but still very flavourful. Moderate noble hops bitterness. Drinkable and lagery, but with a little kick.

Pours a clear yellow color with a a medium white bubbly head. Floral hops on the nose with some citrus (I got grapefruit). Some Basic grain malt on the nose also. Taste is sweet but still crisp and the dry hop finish compliments everything quite well. Well made beer.

Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (herbs), with light notes of DMS and butter. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter.

355ml. Very good for a lager. Nice European character. Dry, clean, assertively bitter.

Poured from 355mL can. Clear, blonde with minimal white head. Aroma quite generic grainy. Light, sweet, cereal flavour. Not bad.

A great example of pils. Yellow-golden in the glass with a nice white head. Nice lacing. Floral hops on the nose with a hint of citrus. The hops give a crisp finish. Well balanced on the tongue.
