3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can. Cloudy straw colour, quite a lot of carbonation. Yeasty, wheatiness, lemony aroma. Quite fizzy, light in body and flavour. There's not much happening but despite that is ok. It's a paired down white beer with the yeast toned down a bit, but its citrusy and refreshing. OK.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours hay yellow with a liquid paper one inch cap. Aroma more hidden than an off shore tax haven. Taste is less Weiss & more crisp refresher. Which is probably not a bad thing, seeing as many Canadian brewers miss the mark on the style. Gonna drink this one fast playing extreme croquet on a hot July day -- which is probably the right thing to do. Where their IPA shines like a diamond, this one is a mere dusty rock.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can [355ml]. Pours a hazy, very bubbly yellow-gold with a huge lasting fizzy white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, citrus, herbs & spices and light grassy hops. Nice, refreshing flavour is fruity, citrusy and lightly hoppy along with wheat and spices. Average bodied. An enjoyable version of the style.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
355mL can from the lickbow box that was of such shitty construction that one wonders if it was assembled by a blind monkey. Pours a pale yellow with a lot of hazy and a huge white head. The aroma is a lot like homebrew, malt extract and a fuckload of yeast, though not at all unpleasant, with lemon and banana. Flavour is also eerily reminiscent of homebrew, though luckily for this beer I generally hate wheat beers so I don’t mind that this is way off the style-mark. Tastes like pale malt extract, Quebecois yeast somehow, with residual sweetness and okay fruit character. I was hoping for at least some hop character but alas there is none. I’ll have to shotgun the second can from the pack just to get rid of it.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can: Poured a light yellow color ale with light white haze and a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of light coriander and bubblegum wheat malt notes. Taste is dominated by some coriander with some bubblegum wheat malt notes and light orange peel notes. Body is average with good carbonation. Good enough level of complexity with nice refreshing notes.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Part of their mixed 6-pack, summer sampler 2013 at the LCBO. Pours a cloudy golden-yellow colour with some particles, here and there. Fizzy white head that disappears quickly enough, and not much lace is left. Big orange nose at first, with other citrus coming alive with time. Medium-bodied and wet mouthfeel to be refreshing for summer. The taste is lighter, but not sweet like I expected. Zest of lemon with just a tad of spices and slight orange juices to balance things out. Nothing too crazy here, but made to pound a few on the patio, as it goes down quickly.

first off white ale sounds basic easy drinking and tasty, smell nothing much wheat and carbonation, looks like a mighty good thirst quencher taste is so well done its not a crazy fruit white ale just a nice basic white ale and that is what you taste a nice clean beer with the slightest hint of orange and corriander so well done sometimes basic is the way to go when you brew it like this
