Central Waters Belgium Wit

On draught at the brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with a creamy and heavy white head that has good retention and lacing. Aroma of multi-grain malt with wheat, a hint of yeast coriander, and some tropical fruit. Taste is slightly sour orange with multi-grain malt and more coriander. Finish is dry, yeasty with a short lived bitterness.
