COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp, zesty American Pale is characterized by the sharp bitterness missing in many domestic pale ales. The clean finish and slight fruity notes help make our flagship brew a delightful treat.

Drat at Baggataway, Pours amber with tan head and great lace. Notes of toffee, light roasted malt, some hop aromas and flavor - grass, pine, light citrus. Decent hop bitterness on the finish but not enough hop flavor for my taste.

Pours medium gold, with a slight haze.Moderate white head. Aroma is mostly hops, with a slight citrus note. flavor is resin, citrus pith. Palate is quite dry, hop bitter is dominate, though a malt framework makes it smooth and drinkable. Crisp, refreshing. Good hot day thirst quencher. Nothing special.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright yellow-golden color with a small foamy off white head. The aroma was sour, tangy, faintly floral and had a light fruity hop presence. The flavor was bitter, tart and dry with moderate floral hops. Medium length dry floral hop finish. Medium body. Eh.

A really pleasant pale ale, not extraordinary in any way, nothing wrong either. Sweet citrus and bready aromas. Decent amount of bitterness that washes over the tongue, very solid bready malt backbone.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange/gold in color with a thin white head that left some spotty lacing. Piney in aroma and taste. Dry, crisp, and bitter with just a hint of sweetness. A very hop forward APA... but I like it!

Bottle picked up at a Binny’s by a good friend. Pour is slightly cloudy amber, with a cloudy head that recedes to a thin layer with lots of legs on the side walls. Aroma is, well hops quite obviously, sweet malt too. Tastes hop bitter, but it also has an element of soapiness too. Good , but not my favorite of the style.

12 oz. bottle carefully poured to my 1/2 pint taster so as not to rouse the finger width of sediment at the bottom of the bottle, thus displaying a bright, clear, orangy gold color, with a persistent, white, frothy head, and equally lasting, curtainy lacing. The aroma was light, estery/syrupy sweetness, tangerine, and a touch of ruby/red grapefruit. The flavor initially presented a little grain & biscuit, then potent, earthy, rind-like, lingering hop bitterness that dominated the malt, yet was subtly smoothed by it. Medium bodied, with decent carbonation. A good example of a hop strong, yet nicely sessionable Pale.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a lightly cloudy, burnt orange with a half finger of white head. Aroma of crisp citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is medium bitter. Pine and citrus with a good dose of grapefruit. Medium bodied with a somewhat slick texture. Lively carbonation and a very very long finish. Overall, pretty darn good. I’ll be happy to drink this again, but I want to try it a little fresher.

12 oz bottle pours a clear golden amber color with moderate white head. Aroma has very noticeable citrus and floral hops and some caramel malts. Taste is slightly bitter with a chalky, nutty finish. Body is light to medium without too much carbonation. Easily drinkable and very enjoyable.
