This crisp, zesty American Pale is characterized by the sharp bitterness missing in many domestic pale ales. The clean finish and slight fruity notes help make our flagship brew a delightful treat.

Bottled. A hazy orange-amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with a weird fruit note and a light touch of yeast. The flavor is sweet with light notes of alcohol, and spices - especially coriander, and some notes of peaches. The body is watery. I guessed this as a Belgian style - though a boring one - not hoppy enough to be an APA.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Skyview. Hazy, amber golden with an off-white head. Malty nose with a light whiff of aroma hops. Fairly light-bodied with a subdued malt base - slightly biscuity. Very dry with some peachy notes, The finish is quite hoppy. 171107

Cloudy orange-amber color. Strange aroma; it’s not strong, with grass, manure, ripe apples. Smooth mouthfeel, good and strong toffee flavor, and strong hopping too. Good, but something’s odd.

12 ounce bottle from Steve’s Mineral Point in Madison, WI. Pours a clear copper color with a large frothy offwhite head. Good head retention and lacing. Nice floral hop aroma with some faint resin and caramel. The taste is bitter herbal and floral hops, some apple notes and a toasty malt finish. Medium bodied. Nice pale.

Yellow pale but good amount of lace. Astringent in mouth dry finish. Passable pale bitter. Apple juicy taste. Quite drinkable.Understated English style carbonation. Unknown ABV but I guess it to be close to 6%. Some like it, not bad. Thank you again JPM30.

Basic, but a step above other pale ales. IT has a slight bit of hops, and an unannoying malt bill.

Pours slightly hazy orange with white head, aroma has notes of some caramel, pine, touch of oxidized hops with a touch of bread, earth. Taste is slight caramel, bread, with some grass and pine, finishing slightly bitter. Not bad, but a bit of off flavor ruins a good thing.
