COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp, zesty American Pale is characterized by the sharp bitterness missing in many domestic pale ales. The clean finish and slight fruity notes help make our flagship brew a delightful treat.

12 oz. bottle. Pours hazy bright orange with a soft creamy foamy white head that fades to a film and subtle lacing. Aroma has sweet herbal/caramel malt and a very subtle lemon citrus hop scent. Taste is bitter hops and bright lemon citrus notes with a nice balance of herbal caramel malt. palate is medium and crisp with a chalky dry finish. Very nice!

This beer pours an amber body, and just like the description says, it has a very sharp bitterness, that is a little unbalanced in my opinion. Hops are quick to give way to very smooth caramel undertones and biscuit malts. Aroma is pleasent, floral and soft pine.

Pours a golden amber with a decent head but gone quickly. I might be the minority, but I thought it had a flowery hop aroma. Sweet malt up front, smooth middle and a pretty good hop bite at the end. Pretty nice lacing. Shouls be a great summer beer.

12oz bottle shared by ClarkVV on 6/7/06. Pours a crisp light orange color with a small white foamy head. Black specks of bubbles race towards the top and present a slight haze to the body of the beer. Nose is intriguing. At first I smelled some type of fart, but that was replaced by some light crisp malt notes and hints of fruit. Palate is crisp and fizzy with a very refreshing quality. Flavors of light citrus fruits, some hop notes, a crisp malt character, little bit of toastiness, and a clean finish.

An average type of pale ale. This one has cereal note in it. Light on the palate, with a clean finish.

12oz bottle. pours a hazy yellow color with a thin white head, aroma is mixed with fruit and sweetness with hop notes, the taste is overall more fruit like than hops but is still very enjoyable.

Orange-copper. Nose somewhat citric, a few malts. Reasonably well balanced, some citrus backed up by a reasonable amount of toastiness. Reasonably decent.

Transparent and pale brass with magnifying clarity and a fluffy tan head riding half an inch tall. Kettle corn and copper kettles meet honey and ginger sugared grapefruit and freesia scented dryer sheets. Husky green qualities aromatically call out grass stains. Formidable bitterness blends with flavors of apricots and clementines with a gritty, grainy oat backdrop. Fulfilling balance catches pollinating dandelions on a nectar laced deer lick. Talc-like feel on the mouth in a powdery nougat sense with well supported carbonation that lets the golden maize cascade medley play out. Finish brings out butter cookies crumbling in the mouth and a hint of Karo sweetener. Very enjoyable.
