On tap at the brewery. I’ve had this many times. Light pale straw body. slightly bitter taste with a touch of honey. This is a pretty easy drinking beer.

Pale golden, honey color. Nice white head that dissapated quickly. Light floral aroma with subtle honey notes. Flavor is pale malts, some biscuits, light floral and bitter hops with a touch of honey in the finish. Well balanced, clean, crisp, medium carbonation. Very drinkable, light and subtle, refreshing. Goes well with hot sunny days. This is a solid example of a the more subdued cream ale style.

Amber-orange pour. Nose of wet wehat malt and light tingy honey with mineral. Flavor is more wet wheat and mineral with a lightly dry, yet sweet honey finish. Not too bad.

Draft at Harry’s. pours a crystal clear yellow color with a white head. Aroma is malty, bready, light grassy hops. Medium on the palate with average carbonation. Flavor is sweet, malty, bready, a little nutty, some bitter pine hops, with a light bitter finish. Ok.

Small pour on tap at Brickhouse BBQ (Madison, WI). Pours a richer golden pour, healthy rich glow of gold, touch of amber glows. Fairly transparent with a frothy offwhite head that lingers a bit, laces small. Aromas are straw, bit of sweetness, bready and gentle cereal grains. A bit of sweetness, mellow grass, kiss of hops. Initial is fairly clean, some richer lemon, touches of grass and florals. Some honey, mellow sweetness offers bready, some straw, grainy malts. Bit of honey, lemon, grass into the middle. Some straw, grainy, dry bit of influence into the backend and finish. Mellow, simple, solid.

Bottle. Pale yellow pour with a white head. Barely any aroma - just a little malt and sweetness. Medium to thin palate. Bland taste of honey and wheat, and probalbly a tick overcarbonated.

Central waters just has to take out some beers form their lineup. Their big beers are fantastic, ones like these are rather insipid. It is just buttery and malty.
