Not much here... light golden color, with light floral hop... with a light slightly sweet taste. On the whole pretty light.

Bottle. Pours a golden/honey color with a short white head. Faint aroma of pale malts and a hint of honey. Flavor follows the aroma with a light body and some floral hops.

Bottle. Pale yellow pour with a white head. Barely any aroma - just a little malt and sweetness. Medium to thin palate. Bland taste of honey and wheat, and probalbly a tick overcarbonated.

Central waters just has to take out some beers form their lineup. Their big beers are fantastic, ones like these are rather insipid. It is just buttery and malty.

wedgie9 (1441) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - AUG 10, 2010
Tasted on draft at Sugar Maple. Pours clear pale orange with an average white head that leaves solid lace. Nose is very light, displaying some very simple malt and yeast with just a hint of honey. Flavor shows a little more honey, but is just as light and uninteresting. Body is light with average carbonation and not much finish to speak of.

I don’t know that this beer is as bad as the score ended up, but it wasn’t overly good. The mouthfeel and taste were bad. The taste particularly was just not good. I cna’t put a word on it. Color was just medium urine with not much to it. Very watery.

Suttree (3927) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - APR 24, 2010
Not bad, just a wee bit, you know, bland. Not a whole lot of honey character in either the aroma or flavor, but there is a little. But it is clean and well made, without any of the stale flavor that can creep into lighter ales. So not bad.

Poured from the tap at Central Waters Friday pm open pub. Nice lace and deep gold appearance. Smooth aroma. Slight wheat taste on top of the malt with a light hop and honey finish. A nice smooth ale.

DalzAle (1460) - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA - JUN 25, 2009
Bottle. Clear golden pour, little carbonation and bad funk aroma. Flavor was pretty unimpressive, some malt and honey sweetness and finished without the funkiness that the aroma had. Overall, not my kinda beer.

Unprocessed grain flavor. Gold, and very light. Some honey, and a little lager yeast. I am sorry to say this just isn’t very good.
