12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 5/13/2014. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy orange/copper color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice rings of soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good amount of pine/citrus rind bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, lemon/orange rind, pine, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice robustness, complexity, and balance of citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance with minimal hop astringency after the finish. Good amount of dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, sticky/resinous, and slightly creamy/bready mouthful that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very good session IPA. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate bready malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. Even with the labeled age of this bottle, the hop flavors still had good vibrancy, and it was still very enjoyable.

bottle to snifter that poured a medium orange color with white head...don’t see any date on this but doesn’t taste that old. but I do have a lot of floaties which probably shouldn’t be there. aroma is mild to medium malt, citrus from the hops and orange or lemon something like that. the flavor is bitter up front that quickly disappears to malt and citrus from the hops. just ok for a session pale ale.. thanks shrubber85

12oz bottle, thanks to shrubber85. Coded 09015. I’m assuming that’s the bottled on date, which would make this about 6 months old, shit. Drank from my IPA glass. Pours a hazy amber orange color, with lots of parmesan-sized pale flakes in the body hazing things up. Finger of off-white head, with good retention, leaving good thicker lace. Kind of toasty malt, some spicy peppery hop. Kind of flat, a lack of any kind of fruity or citrusy aroma, with a very abrupt, brief aftertaste. Moderate bitter taste, moderate sweet, gets more noticeable later. Lighter body. Kind of crisp, light carbonation. Mild slick. Not awful nor malty-sweet, but pretty much nothing to it. No character.

A really good session. Has a really solid aroma and flavor. Maybe the best central waters I’ve had tonight.

Bottle: Pours cloudy, amber-gold with a thick beige head. Orange, grapefruit scent. Taste is a big, piney-leafy hop bitter...dank grapefruit-peel. Very solid.

Pours a slightly hazy orange golden color with off-white head. Citrus, lots of citrus notes on the nose, a little grass and resin too; follows onto the palate. Finishes with that same citrus note as on the nose, very well done session IPA.

Pours a hazy pale amber with a frothy yellowish-white head that stays forever and produces mad lacing. Nose is is malty with pronounced dried fruit notes, particularly apricot. Taste is sharply bitter with a pleasing bitter trail-off and an astringent finish. Medium body. Vigorous carbonation. Quite nice!
