4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Slightly cloudy amber and copper coloured body with a nice, thinnish one centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of ridiculously strong grassy and citrusey hops with a light malt note, some faint apricot notes, but this is all about the hops - very strong dry hopping here for sure. Light-bodied; Very strong and earthy herbal hop kick with some perfumey notes, a hint of resin and a very nice and light finish that still lends everything to the tons of hops in the mix. Aftertaste is super bitter, but showing a ton of character - with drying notes, herbal flavours and that perfumey bite that goes a long way, all with no alcohol and no malt notes to speak of. Overall, a very nice beer for the style - a ton of hops in here that show well and a very light-drinking beer - perfect for summer when you still want to be drinking some hops! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Good Beer in New York, New York on 25-April-2014 for US$2,39 sampled at home in Washington a few days before returning to New York on 14-July-2014, but I’m glad I didn’t have to go up to Wisconsin to get this one...but I’d easily do it, knowing how good this beer was!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Grainy. Pine hops are very piney (probably Simcoe), but the hop profile is somewhat thin from prickly carbonation. Lingering pine. Nice beer in isolation, but in a spread with other Central Waters beers, it fades into the background. It might be missing some mid tones.

Bottle poured a clear amber with a small lasting ivory head. Aromas of biscuit, mango, earthiness, grapefruit and light dank bud. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, light grapefruit zest and light pine with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish.

Tap on nitro at Pizza Luce. Amber with a creamy white head. Piney, lemon zest, and sour dough bread. Taste has a soapy bitterness. Body is lighter with a foamy feel.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A: A pleasant smell of pine and grass. Its almost like walking outside in the summer time and getting a whiff of your neighbors freshly mowed yard....while you sit and watch while drinking a lemonade/oj mixture. Nice hits of citrus at the end.
A: A "run of the mill" color for this one. Looks just a tad darker than your standard American lager. The head pours thick and leaves a nice webbing on the glass.
T: A solid session. Starts out a tad malty and sweet but finishes with a piney bitterness that doesn’t hang around any longer than it needs to. It would be the perfect one night stand.
P: Very drinkable beer. Almost a little too thin, but not disappointingly so. It would be easy to knock back a six pack.
O: A solid session. Nothing that is going to blow your socks off, but its worth the purchase. Nice work CW

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at home in Salisbury - picked up at De Cicco, Brewster. Pours clear, bright golden-orange with a frothy, white head. The aroma holds bready pale malts, tangerine, pine needles, sun-kissed grains. Light sweet flavor with dry, pale malts, crispy hay, slight grass, grain husks, tangerine rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty well balanced to finish with more rindy bitterness, understated sweetness, some grass, pleasing citrus. Solid sessioner for sure.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This has a handsome pour, a clear yellow/gold body filled with streams of tiny bubbles that support a tall creamy head. The aroma is light, citrus fruit and their zests over an underlying sweetness. The flavor is full of the hops that I caught in the nose, tangy citrus and bitter zest with a light grainy sweetness. Nice dry, moderately bitter finish. This is a Session IPA that is definitely one to be repeated.
