Bottle. Pours mostly clear orange with thinner white head. Smell is big orange and grapefruit citrus hops with a mild light sweet malt backing.Taste is more big citrus hops, light sweetness and a noticeable alcohol punch that may be more accentuated by the massive spicy bitterness. Nice double ipa that doesn’t hide the booze greatly, but still doesn’t feel like a 9%er.

Copper colour with a thin white head and clinging lace. Sweet tropical fruit aroma. Malty flavour, sweet fruit and honey. Tangy bitter finish. Alcohol cuts through the sweetness at the end.

Deep golden pour with a thick white head. The aroma is great - dank hops with a citrus and papaya along with a fairly peppery alcohol nose. Sweet malts but they’re cut quite a bit by herbal/spicy hoppiness. Lean and dry with a long lingering finish. Warming intensifies the hoppiness and brings out a bit of peppery flavour. Lovely.

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2013 12 oz. bottle from Greenbush Bar. Pours a mostly clear gold with an inch of rocky, frothy off-white head. Notes of orange, grapefruit peel, caramel and pale malts, and lots of florals. Light-medium bodied, with soft carbonation and a bitter mouthfeel. Simple, solid DIPA.

12 ounce bottle thanks to phaleslu. Pours a hazy copper with a fluffy white head of foam. Good retention. The aroma is grassy and herbal with some leafy notes to it as well. Taste is dry and sort of peppery with a touch of heat coming across on the back of the throat.

Thanks to someone for sharing this at bu11zeye’s 10,000th tasting in April 2012. Yellow pour with a white head. The aroma is full of pine and orange notes with some bread thrown in. The flavor is very hoppy with a lot of orange, pine and resin notes, as well as some biscuit malt and medium bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Sampled on tap at HOTB. Apricot, pineapple, resin and fruit punch. Great hop nose. Golden amber clear with pillowy white lacing head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Sweet with tons of pale malt, orange, pineapple, and apricot esters. Residual sweetness. Big bitter finish with muted bitter after, leaving you with tons of flavor. Nice IIPA.
