4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle 12oz. - poured beautiful cloudy sunshine color with nice creamy head.
Aroma - WOW, just heavenly, the floral hops with sweet malt..damn thatís nice!!
Flavor - pungent bitter with great balance. This IIPA is up at the top in my opinion. Alcohol is well hidden and beer is astringent like most iipas.
Palate - medium bodied with average carbonation. Finish is bitter and aftertaste lingers.
Overall - awesome job Central Waters!! This is a top notch IIPA and suggest trying if you get the chance.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Solid double IPA. Sharp and hoppy with just enough malt to keep things in check. Great bitter, hoppy finish keeps me interested. I always look for this one.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Dark golden color with a taller, fluffy off-white head. Larger isles of lace as the head subsides. Big hops aromas, with resin, pulpy citrus, and zest. Hints of pale malts and butterscotch in the backdrop. Fairly full in feel, that thins out slightly with the acidic hops. Light sweet start with pale malt and light fruit. Lots of resinous hops, with pine citrus, zest, and lightly floral qualities. Finish is light and crisp with a bit of acidity. Finish has a mild return of pale malt and light fruit (peachy). I seemed to enjoy this one much more while not thinking about it (the first two I tried last night). Still a very good IIPA. 3/10

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured from the 6-pack of bottles, sharp, bitter, and hoppy. This one goes down way to smooth to be 9% but after drinking 4 of them Iím pretty sure thatís accurate. Grab it while you can get it cuz itís gonna be popular.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Very heavy. Zero sweetness, and a bitter citrus taste. Golden-brown, kind of a bland color. Very hoppy as well. Somewhat odd that the hops dont entirely go with the bitter citrus. EIther way is a very good DIPA, somewhat different than the DIPA norm.
