Good display of lacework. Cloudy amber color. Aroma of sweet pineapple, apricot, caramel, fruit. Over the palate came bitter floral notes with counter malty sweet fruity and malty notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture. Moderated sweet and bitter flavor. Lingering bitter dry finish. esjaygee (951), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA Oct 11, 2008 Cloudy/hazy orange-amber with a medium off-white slowly retiring head. Aroma of citrus, bread, caramel. Taste of sweet malt, hops, caramel, spice with a medium bitter finish. Seems a little over malted for a true IPA, but who knows, I’m just dreaming about this one it seems. It did hide the alcohol well though.
