3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
No hops. Poured brown with an off white head. Aroma of caramel and chocolate. More of a malt bomb than anything. No hops present. Still wasn’t bad.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Moderate grassy and earthy flavors followed by a pithy earthy hop bitterness. Not much malt character. Maybe a hint of burnt bread but has a watery and thin mouthfeel. Some burnt character. But like a burnt rubber.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nose has notes of wheat, mowed grass, chocolate and an earthiness. Pours an amber to red-brown with nearly an inch of foam that dissipates in a couple minutes. Taste is hop forward then moving to a caramel, toffee, chocolate that quickly gives way to a nice crisp hop finish. Beverage comes to the palate strong and clean, finishing crisply.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught @ Waterfront Ale House. Reddish dark amber with medium sized creamy beige head, slight caramel aroma, low carbonation, slightly hoppy bitter caramel taste, abrupt finish with bitter aftertaste. I did not really taste the hops much, more like an ESB.

At the Hilltop Bar and Grille in Stevens Point during the State weekend. Amber pour with little head. Sweet, malty, has some light pine. Shrug? Not one of CW’s best. 13.2

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Copper colored with a good amount of lacing. A pleasant citrus and toast aroma. Flavor is hops, rind, and toasted malt. Very well balanced with a more subdued hop profile compared to more typical American IPAs. Lightly malty finish. Very tasty
