Lots and lots of coffee here, not much else really, but still pretty tasty - if you like coffee.

12oz bottle from Kevin at Hangar 24. Rating #80. Murky brown pour with a real light tan head. Chocolate and light coffee make up the majority of the aroma, some bourbon as well in there. Malty flavor, more coffee, but not overwhelming, very tasty. 񡹮)

Bottled. A hazy re-brown beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and tar as well as lighter notes of smoke, chocolate, and coffee. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, coffee, chocolate, and alcohol, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks CaptainCougar for coming to Denmark and sharing this.

Pours a very dark brown, almost black color that’s pretty much completely opaque except for very dark mahogany edges when held to a light source with a two finger frothy beige head that slowly fades into a lasting ring and cap, coating the glass with lacing on it’s way. Nice roasty aroma with a huge chocolate malt presence and beautiful rosted coffee bean nose. The bourbon presence is a wonderful accompaniment not overpowering the other aromas. Also, there is some nice caramel, chocolate and toffee notes with subtle hops. Very roasty mouthfeel with a lot more of a hop forward presence than expected. HUGE roated coffee bean flavor with hints of chocolate malt, caramel, oatmeal, toffee and a perfect dose of earthy bourbon. This beer is very complex and extremely well-balanced with none of the flavors overpowering the others. Quite unusual for a coffee and/or bourbon barrel aged beer. Silky smooth with a raosty yet sweet body and slightly dry finish.

12 cl bottle, courtesy of CaptainCougar. Pours cloudy dark brown with a minor redish glare with a small tan head. Solid coffee, roasted malt and dark chocolate. Mild cherry fruity note. Roasted chocolate malty, dark chocolate note, mild vanilla note. Lingering coffeeish note. Lingering coffee, vanilla and light mild fruity lingering finish. Nice one.
