First of the experimental batch series. On draught during Central Waters 14th Anniversary Party in Amherst, WI. Pours a semi-hazy golden amber colored IPA with a creamy beige head that slowly dissipates to a white ring and some spotty lacing. Aroma of both citrus and grapefruit zest, very light caramel malt and a touch of pine. Taste is medium bodied, soft carbonation with flavors of mostly grapefruit, light tropical fruit and a hint of white pepper. Finish has a medium mild bitterness that slowly disappears.

On tap at the Central Waters anniversary party. Hazy yellow with light amber highlights. Decent nose of Citra hops - grapefruit, pine, and mango. Flavor is mellow grapefruit and pine hop bitterness with little to no malt backbone. Trailing Citra bitterness. This was a low ABV IPA that, despite only mild malt qualities, was refreshing and easy to drink. Summer beer.
