12 oz bottle. Clear copper with a white coating. Nose is faint brown sugar and lemon pith. Medium light with fizzy carb. Taste offers hints of sweet chestnut, slight roast and bitter orange. A nice break from my usual summer session brews.

Bottle from the sampler pack pours hazy orange with a thin white head, spotty lacing. Aroma is full of bready malts. Flavor is sweet toast and bread with a mild citrus finish.

12oz bottle 6/6/11 (Binny’s Plainfield Singles Rack)-44° in English Pint-Pours a medium clear red with a small loose off white head. Aroma of roasted malt, hops, and caramel. Taste of the same with a bit more malt coming thru. This light to medium bodied brew is not too bad. Pretty well balanced and easy to drink.

Single 12 oz. bottle, $1.50 @ Woodman’s. Pretty bright Irish red pour, just a few tiny floaties suspended with little bubble action, but a light, clingy head. Some slurry or yeast in the bottom of the bottle. Not much aroma, just a light caramel malt smell. Taste is okay, some toasty grains with a little peat, and maybe a bit too sweet for my palate. Nothing off about it,I’m just not that into it.

Had a weird stale scent to me, poured a darker amber color. Had a sweet wheat taste, would be good out in the sun during Summer.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 TheAlum (4289) - Lisle, Illinois, USA - APR 10, 2011
12 oz bottle from Casanova (Hudson, WI). Pours a crisp amber pour, some reddish copper glow, with just a faint haze. A moderate frothy tannish white head dies to a small layer, light lacing. Aromas are crisp cereal grains, touches of caramel, toast, and biscuits. Not too sweet, as florals and grass compliment, with a light dryness, touches of sweet malts still coming through. Simple yet balanced, a light hop dusting on a relatively clean beer. Initial is lighter bodied, touches of dry cereal grains, biscuits, some light toast mix with some grassy and floral hops, light and clean, a touch of soap. Pretty well balanced, with a nice toasty grain bill, some light grass hops, touches of sweeter toffee. I don’t mind this, a clean more toasty sessioner, with good toast, biscuits, and a touch of more substantial sweet toffee. A touch of tea, cereal. Light grassiness. Clean finish with just a touch of spiciness from the hops. Not bad, but forgettable.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 twindadplus2 (554) - Wisconsin, USA - APR 3, 2011
12 oz. bottle. Coppery amber color with a thin, fizzy light beige head that faded quickly. Aroma is sweet, syrupy malt and grain. Flavor is cereal grains and light, grassy hops. Palate is light and a bit watery with a quick, lightly bitter finish. A mild, unassuming beer that goes down easy. It won’t blow you away but you could definitely do worse.

12oz bottle poured into my new Darkness tulip...Pours a medium copper with a thin light tan head...A horrible aroma of rye and vomit and sawdust, yum can’t wait to try this...The taste is even worse, its stale vomit. I can’t even drink this.
This is a horrible beer that should be avoided at all times. Not even worth the tick.

I love central waters but this was just generic swill. Do us all a favor central waters, stop brewing this and bottle and sell us Exodus.
