Commercial Description:
Our version of the English pub staple. This golden beers body starts with 100% pale ale malt, and is then gently hopped with English Fuggles to produce a delicate balance of bitterness and aroma.

A growler courtesy of Skyview. Dark copper color with a medium head. Both the aroma and taste are slightly sweet malt with very little bitterness to balance it out. It doesn’t seem like a pale ale of any variety.

On tap at GTMW. Poured a clear caramel with a tall cap of off-white head. Aroma was of sweet, lightly-toasted caramel with mild floral accents.. soft, simple, and enjoyable. The flavor found a sweet caramel and toffee base with light lemon zest and floral bitterness.. not too much going on here, but made for a sweet and enjoyable session brew. Lighter-bodied.

On draught at the brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy caramel amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a white ring and some film. Light nose aroma of caramel malt, brown sugar, cotton candy, and some hallow fuggles bitterness. Taste is semi-sweet, very light carbonation with caramel malt and some brown sugar. Finish has a mild bitterness with a sweet caramel aftertaste.

GTMW ’08. Poured a clear medium dark orange color with a white head. Not much in the way of aroma other than a bit of toffee. Slightly sweet with spicy malt, toffee, and a bit of grass. Eh.

Another from Skyview. Very light malt flavor, and very English in character. Light hops to compliment. Dark brown color. More of a mild than a English pale.
