2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled: Amber coloured. Beige head. A funny mingle between sweetness and lemon in the aroma. Don’t know if I really like it, but its different. Flavour seems lemony and quite refreshing but on the other hand it reminds me a little of couff medice. Dosn’t have much to offer in the end. Very special and different beer.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Dark amber colour with small off-white head. Both aroma and flavor has a lemon freshness that is quite good. Palate is thin.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: MAR 16, 2005 Very pleasant scent of citrus and ginger. Dark amber. Nice head. The flavor is very sweet, ginger and citrus. A real girly-beer. I know this isn’t great art, but I kind of like it...

2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Cherry-Cola colour, with slim off-white head. Very nice nose, perfumed as fresh melon, with, indeed a dash of dark rum. Faint malt in the background. Taste: oops. Artificially coloured & flavoured lemonade from the sixties as main taste, ending in a sharp, short bitter-burnt bite, with bubblegum lingering on. ’Unbalanced’ doesn’t even come near. Light bodied, spritzy mouthfeel. Worse distinciton between nose and taste is hardly imaginable. Very poor, at the end. Indeed something from the country that was already responsible for Cherry Heering...

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
(on bottle) This is a strange brew; tastes like a mix of coca cola and hvidtøl. Dark, purple and wtih a nice, steady, beige head. Lots of dried fruits in there, but also that strange, soda-like feeling to the whole flavour.
Was one of the lucky ew to taste a sip of a bottle from 1959, at DBF 2004, had turned into a figs-in-sirup-taste, very sweet and no alcohol left to sting.

Nut brown with an off-white head.
A sweet citrus-aroma.

1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Amber, small head. Aroma is sugary and from cinnamon, but thats nothing compared to the flavor. This is incredibly sweet and unpleasant with much too much cinnamon. Very, very stange and really, really bad.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours deep, dark brown with a ruby tinge. Thin white head. Plain aroma of strongish beer, no special notes (but the beer was probably served too cold). Sweet, with a hint of medicine in the aftertaste. More rare than good. Quite nasty, actually.
