Commercial Description:
Royal Unibrew der leverer øl til Skanderborg Festival, har udviklet en speciel øl til festivalen (2007). Brygmester Karsten Laurents fra Royal Unibrew fortæller, at de tog udgangspunkt i festivallen og alle dens bøgetræer. Derfor har de udviklet en øl, der er lagret med bøgens nød bog. Øllet er som udgangspunkt en kraftig bockøl, med en let alkoholprocent på 4,6 %. Bogen giver en aroma af nødder og skovbund.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Ugly bworn colour. Light malty and hoppy bad bready aroma. Very thin flavor. Harsh moderate bitter finish. Strange caramel-note. Very watery palate. I think this is more a Vienna than a heller Bock.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt and notes of fruits. Watery.

Bottle. Clear amber colour with a off white frothy head. Malty aroma and taste with fruity notes. Easy drinkable, but boring.
