A light amber beer with almost no head. It has a slight malty aroma. The flavor is that of a good malt blend, maybe a bit watery, ending of in a nice hop bitterness.

HAd it when I was starting this beer life. Strange is now retired all along with the Ceres portafolio. NIce and creamy somewhat disgusting after a while.

UPDATED: FEB 10, 2012 Bottle in Aarhus. Golden colour with a white head. Sweet and fruity aroma. Sweet malt flavour, with light caramel notes

Una classica lager con un poco più di gradazione niente di indimenticabile...

Es startet unangenehm sauer, wird kurz malzig und hält dann wieder an der sauren Linie fest. Im Nachgeschmack kommt zu der Säuerlichkeit noch eine gewisse Herbe dazu, die das Bier aber bei weitem nicht mehr retten kann. Test vom 11.9.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,6,6,5,10,6 - 6,45

Canned 33cl. Corny. Some hops showing up in the taste. Decent bitterness. Dry grainy finish. Quite pleasant.

Fredagsbaren på Biologi, Aarhus, DK. Bottled. Golden with small head. Aroma of malt. Flavor of caramel and sweetness from malt and added sugar. Ok bitterness.

[Sampled in 2003.] Many danes favorite from the border, but only slightly better than average allthough it won the DØE-price in 1999. Wow, time has chanced!!!

Slightly over date bottle, Golden blond coloured beer with light to medium carbonation and an average white head. Malty sweet aroma. Medium palate with some sprankling . Finish is sweet malty. Not bad.
