COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This fusion beer is inspired by a Danish pilsener and an ale from the southern hemisphere, as far away from Denmark as you can come. Pale and dark malt is used as well as a bottom fermenting yest, and it's brewed at a warm temperature. Aroma hops are used and salt is added. The flavour is more powerful and more full tha pilsener, formed by the dark malt, the increased amount of salt and the aroma hops. The aroma however is not as full as from an ale, as that would be to "perfumy" for many Danes.

Sampled from draught at Danish Beer Festival 2004 (#19).
Clear dark yellow body, fine head. Weak hoppy and flowery aroma. Flavor is quite full. Malty and dry bitter hoppy. Really just a heavy and quite flavorfull pilsener.

An orange beer with no head. The aroma is light - what is there is malty. In the flavor the alcohol shines thru and prickles the tongue before a hoppy dry end sets in. It’s a mystery to me how a 5.5% ABV can taste of alcohol - it must be because there is nothing else put in, that tastes of anything.

[Draught] Golden coloured. Very thin and weak. Truly a boring beer. I would rather have an Anchor Steam beer.

Golden color with little or no head. The taste is water with light notes of boring earthy malts. Has some metallic bitterness in the finish.

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2004 Sampled draugh at Dansk Ølfestival</br> Golden colour. Fruity and salty. Notes of apple. Mellow mouthfeel, no bitterness. No fun...
