Bottle (330 ml). Split 2-ways. Dark amber with a small tan head leaving little to no lacing. Aroma is of caramel and unfermented grains. Taste is also of caramel/toffee with some fruity notes but the unfermented grains take too much place. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Bland finish. Rotten notes. Meh.

Bottle shared. Deep brown pour with white head, actually looks ok. Aroma is malty, sweet, cola, unfermented wort. Taste is sweet, unfermented wort flavor, very grainy, sweet cola like flavor. Palate is watery with med carbonation. Pretty bad.

From Hipercor Huelva. In Ikea’s pint glass. At lunch. With fried eggs, chips and chicken steak. Not much taste but neither tastes bad. A bit artificial but not too much

Brune aux reflets rouge. Peu de collet. Nez: métallique. Grain mouillé. Bouche: miel. Sucre artificiel. Grain (peut être torréfié), je mise plus sur le colorant. Légèrement fruité (pomme). Finale maïs.

330ml bottle from the Portugese Deli in Vauxhall. BB Sep 2015, 0.5%. Very dark red / brown, sparkling, small foamy tan head, sparse lacing. Aroma is wholemeal bread, rye, earth. Body is medium, foamy, tingly carbonation. Taste is sweet, papery, thin molasses, some spice towards the finish. Alright I suppose.

Bottle 330ml. Pours dark brown with reddish reflects. Low beige head. Aroma is of sugar, roasted malt, toasted grains, root beer. Taste is of roasted malt, sugar, grain, some bitterness. Palate: Medium body. A tad sticky texture. Low carbonation. Overall: Bad. Too sweet. I tend to drink the less possible of that kind of stuff, so I honestly had little choice but to drain pour this.

Pours a dark brown with a thin beige head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of unfermented wort, grainy with some light coffee or at least chicory notes. Taste is of same chicory. Body is light and so is carbonation, leaving mouthfeel dull and watery. Overall it is not the worst option out there, but why am I drinking that?!
