1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20
From a 330ml bottle on 5/1/2016. Pours a clear light golden with almost no head. The aroma features a bit o grain. Taste wise, there’s more grain and some sweet malt, with a subdued Euro lager taste. Light bodied with average carbonation. A very prosaic pale lager. It may be the winner of 28 consecutive gold medals at the prestigious Monde Selection competition, but I can only assume that its only competitors must be shite akin to Pure Blonde, Carlton Cold and Bud. But don’t be scared off from trying the Super Bock stout, which is actually quite nice and under-rated.

1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
30cl bottle. One of the worst pilseners i’ve ever had the "pleasure" to drink. I hope Portugal has better beers otherwise it won’t be a holiday destination for me!

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
just for the record I will now try to rate this.. almost no nose, but a bit of grainy brewery smell. Taste brings up a bit of grainy, slightly caramelized malt, hints of sweetness and staleness. No bitterness at all. Ends in a undefined way. Abv very well hidden.

Erg vies pils. De andere in Portugese, sagres, is duidelijk beter. Dus daar neem ik er nog eentje van
