2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
I’m really enjoying this beer in the heat of summer. It has a smooth and refreshing mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness that floods over the tongue and down the throat and before you know it, it is gone and you are reaching for the next bottle.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle in Nando’s. Bright yellow gold colour, no head. A very standard hot country lager. If I had to differentiate, it has a slightly interesting initial mouthfeel, a flabby finish and some rather dull hopping. Just about acceptable with some rather tasty food.

1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours clear gold with a small white head that diminishes quickly. Moderate amount of visual carbonation. Skunked aroma probably due to the light brown bottle. Fizzy grainy taste that finishes weak. Glad I only purchased one bottle. This beer would probably be better from the tap on a hot summer day in Lisbon.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Golden coloured body with a thin off-white head. Aroma of metal, rice, funk and a touch of light sugars. Light-bodied; Strong malty ffavour with a pungent metallic and rice flavour at first then fading to a mellow sweet flavour with hints of cereal, grain and caramel. Aftertaste shows a soft and sweet finish with the caramel and light fruit sweetness with a bit of metallic malt and little else - relatively smooth, though. Overall, not as horrible as I thought it was going to be - but not a great beer either of course. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from Alima Supermarket in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg earlier today for €0,68 on 17-August-2013 sampled in my hotel room here in Luxembourg City on 17-August-2013.

33 cl bottle from different pubs in Lisboa. My favourite lager during my stay in Lisboa. Typical generic easy drinkable lager. Refreshing in the warm weather.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Poured a clear pale golden colour with a one-finger white bubbly head that diminished quickly and laced poorly. Moderate carbonation with large bubbles forming trails. Aroma mildly of sweetened malt but this fades quickly to nothing. Taste basic and bland - sweet malt, no real bitterness, sweet after-taste that turns a bit sour as the beer warms. Light body bordering on watery. Not a ‘bock’ – another run-of-the-brewery macro-lager.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
11.2 oz bottle purchased at Total Wine & More in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The pour is a clear golden, effervescent carbonation bubbles, but no head. Almost looks like Champagne. The aroma is dusty, lightly sweet malt and cereal grain. The taste is a bit chemically sweet, then turns to a weird harsh floral. The palate is light bodied, harsh sharp carbonation and a lingering dirty malt aftertaste. Not good.
