Not sure about the misleading "bock" name. This is deep gold lager with large bubbles. First comes at you with some aggressive skunkiness and carbonation before subsiding into a loosely composed (poorly attenuated?) beer. Not the worst of the bland replicas of german lagers, but far from anything noteworthy.

A clear yellow/orange colored beer, with a white head. The aroma of malts and fruits like citus and orange. The taste is fruity, sweet a little bitter. The aftertaste is mostly sweet.

On tap in Paris. A yellow and a bit cloudy beer. Aroma is malty and sweet, not bad, body is medium, finish is malty too. So this beer is quite acceptable.

(Old BA rate - bottle) Pours a clear fizzy yellow gold; with a half-finger white frothy head. Mild skunky import aroma; adjunct sweetness; some hop bitterness toward the end. Basic adjunct lager flavors overall; a little maltier than most in the style; some drying hops toward the end....meh. Thinner to medium; actually a bit heavier for the style; vibrant carbonation. Not good, not too bad when used to wash down some Portuguese food.

"Super Bock"!! Pours a clear straw yellow with a big white foamy head. Aroma smells as if a skunk just sprayed me. Very potent. Taste is terrible, well, if I was in Portugal on vacation, sitting on the beach looking at the scenery walking past, I wouldnt mind getting wrecked on this. But sitting on my back porch Im not cool with this.

Bottle Fernandos Coloane Island, Macau Pours straw yellow with thin white head. Light bodied, fruit accents, not unpleasant in the mouth. Quite pleasant on a hot day beside Hac Sa beach.

330ml bottle. Bright and clear with a very flat even white ehad and ahoney colour with grainy aromas typical of a pale lager. Quite refreshing to taste and would go down nice on a hot day but it does lack a little bit in the body.

Bottle at some pseudo bar in Marne La Vallee, France.
Pours an average semi-lively yellow with a nice white head. Aroma is watery corn and buttery hops. Flavor is slightly sweet corn with a marshmallow finish. Tingly on the tongue. Not too shabby; this beer deserves a better rating. Its not god-like but its not Medussa, either.

25cl bottle poured into a dimpled mug. Clear orange with a small diminishing white head, looks like piss. Aroma is skunk, grassy hops, slight sweet corn. Flavor is almosty sickeningly sweet, with barely-there hops undertones. Palate is thin and sticky with very little carbonation. Finish is, well... what do you call the sensation when you put a penny in your mouth? This beer is comeplete trash. Drainpour.
