pours clear pale yellow with a small white cap, little retention. corn, faint malts, lightly oxidized, few sugary light toasted malt notes, herbal blandness, very short citrusy-herbal finish. aggressive carbonation, light body - watery.

Pours golden with a thin white head. Aroma of corn, sugar, cheap alcohol. Taste is of a cheap mass produced lager. Awful.

330ml bottle. Pours pale golden with a big head. Corn aroma, a bit metallic. Crisp. Unspectacular taste, regular industrial lager. I’ve had worse though.

On tap at bar in Lisbon. Bright taste and thin mouthfeel. Very bright yellow colour. Odd chemical aftertaste that makes you not want another glass. Below average pale lager.

Not a bock. Not super. Not the first to say this, I’m sure. Cold and wet, little else. Pale gold with small white head. Thin, not much carb. Pretty near the bottom of the range.

Bottle in a tapa bar in Middlesbrough. Straw coloured with a white head. Quite a pleasant lager with light citrus and hay notes. It is what it is.

The best bier in Portugal. But saying this is like bragging about being the richest guy in Addis Ababa. Been drinking this noble beer for 15 years better than Sagres though. Small head that dissipates in a matter of seconds , yellow color . Slight malt aroma. with corn and the characteristic metallic taste.

330 ml can. Classic supermarket beer smell, not worst or best. It does looks better than a regular pale lager because the foam is not dizzy, but excesive carbonatation has always. Malty toasted flavour, not great, but surprisingly good. It feels good in your mouth and don’t leave any funky aftertaste. Even if i actually expected a Bock, this is a really fine cheap Pale Lager.

Clear. Golden. No head. Aroma is slightly sweet. Flavour is weak and a bit cardboardy.

Pours a clear golden color, topped with average white frothy head. Mild malty aroma, some grassy and grainy notes. Starts sweet, not too much, with moderate bittery feel folowing. Finishes dry. Crisp and refreshing, but nothing special. Your typical (not bad) macro lager.

Light golden, white head. Malty aroma with some herbal notes. Taste crisp, malty, a but butter finish, high carbonation.
