The number 1 selling beer in the country – Aguila is Colombia. With an authentic taste that’s distinctly Colombian, you’ll always find Aguila at events and festivals. Our beer defines the Colombian way of life. The perfect beer to share and celebrate any occasion, our lager is a crisp, clear pilsner with a mild taste.

355ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a fast dissipating white head that leaves little lace. Aroma is light malts and hops. Taste is light malty sweet with a cleaner hop bitter finish than most of these lagers.

For an adjnct lager this isn’t bad. South American lagers tend to suck but this one is cleaner and milder. Still pretty much sucks though.

330ml bottle. Pours a pale straw, white head. Very neutral aroma, citrus, vaguely malty and hoppy, pretty clean. Dry, light bodied, low bitterness, balanced CO2. Neutral taste, some citrus, some cardboard, not much more. (2012-01-03)

From a bottle poured a golden color with a fair amount of head. Light grassy malty flavor with a quick finish.

Again another beer that I just didn’t enjoy. Thin in body and taste. A tin taste. And they say this is the number one selling beer in their country. Sucks to be them!

Bottle looks very simple, beer in the glass also. Not very zippy, small head. Starts mild, gets more and more washy, modest malty. Hardly dry. Not good!
