Golden colour with a very fast dissapering head. Mine smells and tastes of very bad whisky mixed with a lot of water.

Wee, "thanks" Unclemattie for bringing this to the kp tasting: Straw hue, fizzy head and spotty lace... yep the best part of this beer is the appearance... then you get a bountiful amount of corn and wet musty grains on the nose along with band-aids and a hint of freshly mown grass. Then we have the artificial and medicinal flavors. Assisted by a watery and fizzy mouth feel this god awful beer should be avoided unless free. At least Colombia harvest some good coffee...

Straw color with a fairly high head which actually stick around. Sharp spicy hops aroma. Highly carbonated - almost spritzy. Slight DMS. Some malt sweetness mixed with a chauky feel. Finishes a dry grainy flavor.

Bottle shared by faroeviking. Thin yellow body with a very small head. Very grainy aroma and sweet malt. Malty flavour with some hops. Very thin body. Flat carbonation.

Pours clear watery pale gold with minute long off white head. The aroma is a combination of grains, sweet malts and sweet floral hops creating a modest corn note with a hint of spicy hops and yeast in the background. The flavor has a modest floral to spice hop bite enhanced by the level of carbonation. To midway it becomes grainy and sugary malty sweet. This has a nice level of hop bitterness into the finish fighting off the typical insane sweetness of most in this style.

In an open and blind tasting with Cusquena, Brahma, Palma Louca and Michelob Ultra this did OK. Firm then fading carbonation. Lack of distinction. Mainly watery with a suggestion of caramel - perhaps a bit of vanilla and something nutty. A slight smudge of dirty hop extract in the finish. This is very nondescript. Inoffensive to the point of pointless. However flavours are here - faint licorice and a hint of pepper or nutmeg. Possibility of dried green apple. Carbonation remains pointed. [2.1]

Tallboy bottle ... still straw with a sticky white foamy head. Starchy. Slick. Adjuncty. But not in an offensive way ... pretty smooth. Not disgusting.

A little bit of bread and corn in the aroma. It smelled like a pilsner more or less. Pale gold with small head. Flavor is mostly crisp bready notes with a little bit of adjunct sweetness, but not as noticable as most American macros. Refreshing and drinkable.

[3496-20101130] 330mL bottle. Corn grains and earthy yeast aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with a quick foamy white head. More lightly fruity corn grains in the flavour. Light body. Not horrible but not good either.

Gold with poor thin head of big bubbles. Smells like a weak pilsener, thin grassy hops. Light bitterness up front and in finish. Some sweetness. Body is a little thicker than expected. Better than expected.
