33 cl bottle with twist off cap, from Systembolaget Avenyn, Göteborg.
BB 16JUN13, sampled on November 12, 2012.
Marked 4.0% ABV.
Clear straw yellow color, small white head that dissipates fast. Vegetable, corn, DMS, some malt, a bit sweet, hints of cardboard scent, some somewhat buttery. Grainy smell too, and sugary. Mineral, grainy, corn, sweet, bland taste. Grainy and sweet aftertaste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.
It comes across to me as balnd, boring and fairly pointless to fly halfway around the world when such boring examples are plenty from our domestic macro beer producers.

Big Thanks to Tomman for tipping me off about this, cheers Tom. Bottle from B&M, Wednesbury. Golden beer with small head. Aroma of light corn and malts. Taste is cereal grain and sweetcorn. Watery. Drinkable new country tick.

Bottle. B&M, bought by the missus, who had an inkling this was a country tick! Clear, pale gold. Barely a head. Nose has some sweet grain. Taste is little more than sugary water. Thin body. Not particularly terrible, but definitely one of the blandest beers I’ve ever had.

Bottle from B&M, Halifax. Clear paler golden coloured lager. It has a mild sweetness, slightly smooth tasting, nothing too flavoursome, with a light lager-malt nose.

Bottle. Clear golden with almost no head. A standard pale lager, except that its a little touch of vanilla in the aroma and taste.

The beer has a clear bright yellow color. The foam is white with medium bubbles. The foam disappears quickly, leaving no trace. Smells of caramel malt, bread, caramel. Scents of some fruit, sweet tones. The flavors are as scents. The flavor of malt, breads and sweets. Some fruit taste of apricot finds its way along with some candy tones. Light body. Moderate carbonation. Sweet and greasy.
