Algo mejor que su hermana Rubia, buen sabor a malta, algo dulce, de buen aespuma. No destaca el lupulo, ni el amargor.

Bottle conditioned, hazy brown with a white foamy head. A strong sweet malty aroma with some burnished toffee. Very malty, with some bitterness, carrying through the chocolate flavour.

Appearance: amber copper color. Medium head, white color, few persistent. Aroma: candy malty (intensive in caramels malts), medium toasty, honey and slightly vanilla. Fruitiness of peaches and red apples. Herbal hoppy, lightly citric. Flavor: semi-toasty caramels malts, fruitiness similar at aroma. Sweet and candy start; herby and slight hoppy finish, but persistent. Toasty, light smoked and metallic aftertaste. Palate: medium and very artificial carbonation. Light to medium body ,with silky texture, sparkling. Mediocre, weak carbonation and body; nice caramelized.
