Aroma is malty with some yeasty touches. It shows mainly notes of butter, scotch malts, milk, artichokes and straw. Different.
Flavor is slightly sweet with buttery notes. Touches of apples, pomegranates and grapes come to mind also. Very agreeable.
Body is medium, low to medium carbonation. Just a little of alcohol is noticeable. Finish is moderate in intensity, but short lived. Juicy texture. A different Pale Ale: Thumbs Up. almosi (279), Viņa del Mar, Chile Feb 22, 2008 Has a color amber and many bubbles. The head is almost white, though with a lasting enough cord. The aroma is slight, though some sweet fruits are perceived and for supposed the caramel. The flavor is soft, too much. Something of yeast hidden behind a thin hop. Something of small peaches and very few malt. The body is very thin. Aroma: malts and some caramel smells, yeast slightly earthy and fruits aromas similar to apples
Flavor: pale malty mainly with progress some candy. Fruitiness similar to stone-peaches and red-apples. Light hoppy taste but lasting. Toast barley aftertaste.
Palate: light body and high carbonation.
Good toast touch, refreshing beer, without complexity and some excessive carbonation.
