COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered
Ingredients: Water; Two-row Barley; Chinook, Mt. Hood Hops; Yeast.
Our original formula. This brew is bright, deep golden yellow in color. The aroma is of sweet malt, lightly floral and hoppy. The flavor reflects its hop bitterness; slightly sweet, and just a perfect balance of two row barley malt, Chinook, Mt. Hood, and peerless hops that culminate to a very clean and semi-dry finish.

Nice alternative to the usual south-of-the border suspects. Certainly Mexican, in a good way. Twist cap! Deeper in color than Corona and Pacifico. Nice bit of skunkyness on the nose. Medium head, drinks easy and very refreshing. A buck cheaper than Corona and I liked it better.

Pours bright pale yellow w/ a shortlived spritzy froth. Aroma is a tad skunky. Light necter w/ ample residual effers. A simple malty brew w/ a peristant mild bittering. The finish is quick w/ a lingering maltiness. Crisp and refreshing w/ no off flavors.

Pours a pale ass golden coolour..yes thats 2 O’s ...decent head, reminds me of a knock off of corona..skunkish smell of course, but has a nice slight honey-bitterness..not to bad really

Better than I thought it would be. Available in Tijuana, just across the border. I compared it directly with Dos Equis and Bohemia. Hoppier and more buscuity than Dos X. Aroma and appearance are a bit weak, but the beer has more character than I’d expected.

A really nice beer. Malt aroma, smooth and great flavor, nice appearance. No lemon is neccesary to drink this great beer. Try it with fish tacos, carne asada or shrimp coctel and ceviche...as more cold as much great taste..

Wow, i cant believe some people prefer Tecate and Dos Equis over this. I am from the region and i cant stand Mexican Beer, but of all of the Pale Lagers this is pretty much one of the best ones weve got. Its true it has a funky skunky aroma to it, but a nice golden rich appearance and althogh a medium crisp head (but better than none like the others). The flavor has some wheat, corn with some sour malt mixed into it. Goes down pretty smooth. I recommend having it ice cold with some fish tacos or carnitas (NO LIME) and get it fresh in Mexico not in the US. I had some in San Diego once, it was a completly diffrent beer, tasted old and stale... skunky even. Overall i like it as one of the best pale lagers in Mexico. (not much competition though)

Pours a mellow golden yellow color. Aromas of grains, light hops, and a funky musty smell. Flavor is bland with a weird funk, add a lime to it to kill the funky taste and it is almost drinkable. Why drink this when you can get Pacifico, Modelo, Tecate, or Dos Equis.

My pops told me i could go grab a 6 pack of beer from his store’s crappy selection, so i choose this because it was the only beer i hadn’t drank yet. Was i regretting it after my fourth bottle. Yuckkk, it’s worser than Sol or Corona. Actually maybe it’s not because it doesn’t even try to be something it just is little malt/ hops, yeast and whole lot of water. I should of just drank water or maybe got a free 6 pack of Sam Adams

(Bottle) Pours a clear yellow with a descent sized white head. Kind of a skunky flavor. Corn and malt aroma....

Pours gold with a light white head that is lasting quite some time. Lace is fair. Some lemony hops, a slight wet malt or corn aroma. Hmm. Sour hops, slightly old or stale. There is a distinct flavor of corn and sour malts. Not so great. Looked ok, but then I had to go and try it.
