Ingredients: Water; Two-row Barley; Chinook, Mt. Hood Hops; Yeast.
Our original formula. This brew is bright, deep golden yellow in color. The aroma is of sweet malt, lightly floral and hoppy. The flavor reflects its hop bitterness; slightly sweet, and just a perfect balance of two row barley malt, Chinook, Mt. Hood, and peerless hops that culminate to a very clean and semi-dry finish.

Bottle 198 yen from Liquor Mountain. 5% a clear glass bottle leads to a slightly skunky (lightstruck) aroma on opening. A clear gold pour with a foamy white head. The skunky aroma persists. The flavor is sweet sugary & hay/grass/corn/basically grains. A hint of bitterness from the hops but the aftertaste is sweet & sugary. It leaves my mouth feeling coated in sugar, the kind of feeling I get after drinking coca-cola... Blurgh...

(Bottle - ABV 4.4% Superior Mexican Beer, rather than Original on label - maybe export variant). Clear orangey golden with little white head. Subtle aroma of somewhat grainy malt. Light to medium body with pleasant medium carbonation. Taste of light grainy malt with a citrusy tang. Overall, it’s drinkable.

New Beer Distributors, NY 11.2oz ($2.25): Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma is corn. Taste is the same. Really sweet. Tastes like macro brew. I’ve had worse.

bottle. Golden with small head. Amazingly unskunked despite the stupid clear bottle. Light bodied, but refreshing. I’ve had a lot worse Mexican beers.

This pours a clear, pale yellow color with a foamy white head. It has a pretty strong grain scent to it. The texture is thin and the taste is very grainy. Surprisingly decent for being a light colored Mexican beer in a clear bottle. Not much too it, but this is still a much safer bet than drinking the water in Mexico and better tasting than Corona.

Smells like a frathouse, sweaty, funky, old crusty beer drippings, skunk, Heineken. Watery grain soup flavor, the yeast must have terribly low standards to consider fermenting this.

En ljus lager med lätt vitt skum. Lätt doft med viss malt och majssötma samt lite inslag av hö. Smaken går i samma linje och hela ölen känns ganska tunn.

330ml bottle from Lupe Pinto (Glasgow, approx £1.50):
Sweet smelling with a sigary water aroma and some bland malts. There is a light hint of butter and some faint, grassy hops. This one is a very basic smelling lager with a mixture of various adjuncts and a light, skunky aroma.
Very clear looking and light straw in colour with a thin lacing of bubbles on top.
Basic lager taste with some cheap malts and a grassy hop sweetness followed by some grain and faint sugar. There was a few lager adjuncts and it was rounded off with a light bitterness.
Thin & light body with a citrus tang and a slightly grainy feel. There was a dry and mild bitter finish that hinted at sweetness.

A basic and fairly cheap taste that was bland and too thin. A very basic, macro pale lager with not a lot going for it and one to avoid should you come across it.

Flaska från BeerBox, Pl d Carmen. Uringul öl med vitt skum. Både i doft och smak hittas maltsötma och gräs. That´s it. Tunt och vattnigt. Den här ölen lär finnas med i boken 1001 beers to drink before you die. Varför då?
