Can (in Panama City airport). Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (cereal, grain, husks), with a strong note of DMS. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter, unclean, husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy/lively carbonation. Corny, DMS-laden swill.

Aromas of corn chips, really subtle grassy hops, some strange nutty thing going on. Clear pale gold, no head. Dry, crackery, corny. Light bodied, watery.

I lived in Panama off and on for ~ 8 Years. This was not one of my favorite local beers. It kind of reminds me of a poor mans Heineken. It has a medium yellow appearance with an acetic aroma. The flavor is also somewhat acetic with a slight vinegary aftertaste. When the temperature is hot and the beer is cold it is OK. Locally the prices are cheap. I’ll drink it if there is no other choice but not my first pick of the Panamanian beers.

Can: Thanks El: Served in a shaker: Medium sized white head. Clear brighter yellow colored body. Aromas of grains, corn, cardboard, light herbs, light malts... Flavours of cream, herbs, malts, water, light bitters, some geass and a sprinkle of sweetness. Aftertaste is light, some herbs, grass, some bitters and light malty. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, low to lightly medium bodied and a creamy texture.

Can 0,33L. Courtesy of Kita. Pale golden colour, with small, creamy white head. Aroma of smoke, cardboard, chalk, straw and cooked vegetables. Taste starts light acidic with some citruses and finishe light bitter. Another watery lager with light to medium body and lively carbonation. Anyway, I added new country on a beer map, thanks to Kita....

Lets be honest, your only drinking this cause your in panama, its hot, and your drinking a lot of them. I would take it over a heineken for half the price at most bars in panama. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
